OUR GUARANTEE

Canadian Spirit Downwear and Outdoor Survival Canada are proud to provide our valued customers with a Lifetime Guarantee on the workmanship of each handcrafted product, including zippers, clasps, buckles, and stitching. However, the Lifetime Guarantee does not apply to any damages caused as a result of misuse, accidental circumstances or long-term wear.

All repairs are made at the origin of your garment in our Toronto, Ontario facilities. This is the Canadian service we are committed to.

Q. Where can I find an OSC coat?

A. Please email us at cdk@on.aibn.com or call 416.754.1455 for a location nearest you.

Q. Is my OSC coat washable?

A. Yes, it is machine washable and dryable, but remove the fur first! Please also refer to the complete care instructions on the inside of your garment.

Q. What is the temperature rating on OSC coats?

A. The average temperature rating on all of our coats is -40 degrees Celsius. However, the temperature rating of our coats is variable on a number of different conditions beyond the actual coat. These conditions include body weight, size and one’s metabolism. We can assure you that these coats have been tested and used in the most frigid conditions Canada has to offer.

Q. How can I use the Lifetime Guarantee on my garment?

A. Please email us at cdk@on.aibn.com and we will make arrangements for any repairs on workmanship faults. Please note that the Lifetime Guarantee does not apply to any defects caused as a result of misuse, accidental circumstances or long-term wear. Alternately, you may contact the retailer where you purchased your OSC product from and they will make appropriate warranty arrangements with us.
